She works closely with every department to ensure our high standards of care, service, and efficiency are consistently met.
Patient Relations – Reception Team
Our friendly receptionists are the first faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors. They manage scheduling, greet patients, verify information, and help keep the day on track for both patients and providers. Their professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for a positive visit every time. Tisha Johnston LPN
Practice Administrator
With over 20 years of experience in both nursing and healthcare administration, Tisha brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her role as Practice Administrator at Hannibal Dental Group.
Starting her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Tisha gained extensive hands-on experience in patient care, working closely with patients to ensure their comfort and well-being. This clinical background has equipped them with a deep understanding of patient needs and the intricacies of healthcare delivery.
Transitioning into healthcare administration, she applied her clinical knowledge to leadership roles, where she successfully managed healthcare operations, improved patient care processes, and led teams in delivering high-quality care. Her experience as an LPN conforms to their patient-centered management style, ensuring that the practice operates smoothly while prioritizing the needs of patients.
As the Practice Administrator at Hannibal Dental Group, Tisha oversees daily operations, coordinates with staff, and implements strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize practice efficiency. Alisha Foster
Front Office Coordinator/Patient Relations
Alisha Foster is a detail-oriented and conscientious Front Office Coordinator who believes in pushing herself to go the extra mile to achieve amazing results. She is the go-to person and mentor for the other front-office staff and is passionate about finding efficient ways to organize information and processes, ensuring that both patients and staff experience a smooth and positive journey. Alisha enjoys getting to know the diverse individuals who walk through the door, and her commitment to excellent service means that patients leave with the same smiles they arrived with.
Married and a proud mother of two, Alisha loves spending her free time at family cookouts, creating cherished memories with her friends and loved ones. Her dedication to her patients and her role stems from her belief in always doing the best she can for those she serves.
Kathy Wilson
Patient Relations Specialist
With over 30 years of experience, Kathy Wilson is the heart of our front desk. Known as the go-to person at our practice, Kathy’s familiarity with our patients and staff is unmatched. She has a remarkable talent for remembering patients by name the moment they walk through the door, greeting them like old friends. Whether it's catching up on their lives or welcoming new faces, Kathy excels at building strong relationships and making everyone feel at home.
Kathy’s love for her job shines through in her day-to-day interactions. She enjoys the variety each day brings, meeting different patients and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Some patients even request Kathy by name because of the personal connections she’s formed with them over the years.
Her work philosophy is simple: treat patients how you’d like to be treated, show up on time, do your job well, and leave knowing you’ve given your best. With her dedication and warmth, Kathy continues to make a lasting impact on both her patients and Hannibal Dental Group.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys shopping, crafting, and tackling home remodeling projects. She treasures spending time with her kids, grandkids, and family, making every moment count both in and out of the office.
Alexis Dillman
Patient Relations Specialist
Alexis has been a dedicated healthcare receptionist since 2017, moving to the dental field in 2023. She manages the front desk for all doctors at the practice, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for every patient. In addition to her general responsibilities, Alexis directly oversees the appointment schedule for Dr. Sean Ericson, making sure his patients are well cared for and scheduled efficiently.
She enjoys interacting with patients, assisting them with their needs, and loves seeing them leave with a smile.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter, making the most of family time.
Michaela Johnston
Patient Relation Specialist
Michaela Johnston is a warm and friendly face at Hannibal Dental Group, serving as a Patient Relation Specialist. With an Associate of Arts degree, Michaela brings both professionalism and a personal touch to her role, ensuring every patient feels welcome and valued.
Michaela's professional philosophy centers on kindness and understanding, which she applies daily to build meaningful connections with patients. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits the practice.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys meeting new people, listening to audiobooks, watching TV shows, baking delicious treats, and spending quality time with her family and pets. A talented crocheter, she also enjoys crafting in her free time.

Tina
My professional experiences in the dental field have included working as a dental assistant, an orthodontic technician, a dental lab technician, and now a financial/insurance advisor. I feel my experience in the many areas of dentistry has given me knowledge and understanding of what is required to achieve a beautiful smile.
I enjoy helping patients and I try to provide as much education as possible pertaining to their dental needs. My responsibilities include dental billing, dealing with insurance claims, coordinating dental treatment plans, working with insurance providers for estimates, and answering patient questions. I enjoy building a relationship with our patients and being a part of putting a smile on someone's face.
I was born and raised in Hannibal, and my husband Tom and I have two daughters, Megan (with son-in-law Josh) and Katilyn (with son-in-law Shawn) and two grandsons, Jace and Easton. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my grandsons), camping, and being outdoors.

Hello, my name is Andrea!
I live in New London with my husband Dalton, daughter, Clare and son, Bennett! I have an AAS degree from Moberly Area Community College, where I majored in graphic design. I am an insurance/financial adviser and the go-to IT girl here at Hannibal Dental Group. Since being employed at HDG, I have been able to grow my role here, especially regarding the services we provide. My main goals are to serve our patients with the care and respect it takes to make them feel comfortable in an environment that may bring stress and anxiety to some. I enjoy my position in customer service because I receive enjoyment from patient satisfaction.

Hello, my name is Lindsay. I have been apart of the Hannibal Dental Group family since June 2022 as front office staff. I absolutely love my job and the people I work with. I enjoy helping others, and continuing to lean more about the services we provide. I am originally from the Topeka, KS area. My husband, Austin, and I moved to Hannibal, MO in 2018. Together we have a daughter, Nora, and two dogs, Roxie, and Nova. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and love going camping.
