Practice Administrator
Our Practice Administrator oversees the daily operations of our office and ensures every department works together seamlessly. With a focus on efficiency, patient satisfaction, team support and practice growth. She works closely with every department to ensure our high standards of care, service, and efficiency are consistently met.
Patient Relations – Reception Team
Our friendly receptionists are the first faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors. They manage scheduling, greet patients, verify information, and help keep the day on track for both patients and providers. Their professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for a positive visit every time. Whether you're a new or returning patient, our receptionists are here to welcome and guide you every step of the way.
Financial Specialists – Business Office
Our business office staff works diligently behind the scenes to help patients navigate treatment plans, insurance coordination, billing questions, and payment options. They are also available to help you understand CareCredit and other solutions to make your care more affordable and accessible.

Practice Administrator
With over 20 years of experience in nursing and healthcare administration, I serve as the Practice Administrator at Hannibal Dental Group, bringing a patient-centered and results-driven approach to practice management. Beginning my career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), I developed a strong foundation in patient care that continues to shape my leadership style.
Today, I oversee daily operations, support our clinical and administrative teams, and implement strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. My dual background in clinical care and administration allows me to effectively bridge patient needs with business success.
I am passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where both patients and staff can thrive.
When I’m not keeping things running smoothly at the office, you’ll find me spending time with my husband Ronnie, our kids Ashley and Koty, and our fur babies, Marley and Zoey.
Alisha Foster
Front Office Coordinator/Patient Relations
I am a detail-oriented and dedicated Front Office Coordinator who believes in going the extra mile to achieve amazing results. I take pride in being a go-to person and mentor for our front-office team, and I’m passionate about finding efficient ways to organize information and improve processes so that both patients and staff have a smooth, positive experience.
I truly enjoy getting to know the diverse individuals who walk through our doors, and I’m committed to providing excellent service from the first phone call to the final checkout. My goal is for every patient to leave with the same smile they arrived with—if not a bigger one.
Outside of work, I’m married and a proud mom of two. I love spending time at family cookouts and making memories with my friends and loved ones. My dedication to my role comes from my belief in always doing my very best for the people I serve—both in and out of the office.
Kathy Wilson
Patient Relations Specialist
With over 30 years of experience, I’m proud to be the heart of our front desk. I’ve had the joy of getting to know our patients and team so well that many feel like family to me. One of my favorite things is greeting patients by name as soon as they walk in and making them feel welcomed—just like old friends coming to visit.
I truly love what I do and enjoy the variety each day brings. From catching up with longtime patients to welcoming new faces, building strong relationships is what keeps me motivated. Over the years, I’ve been honored that many patients even ask for me by name because of the personal connections we’ve built.
My work philosophy is simple: treat people the way you’d want to be treated, show up on time, do your job well, and leave each day knowing you gave it your best. I take pride in helping create a positive, comfortable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, crafting, and tackling home remodeling projects. I especially treasure spending time with my kids, grandkids, and family—making memories and enjoying every moment, both in and out of the office.
Alexis Dillman
Patient Relations Specialist
I’ve been proudly working as a healthcare receptionist since 2017 and made the move into the dental field in 2023. At Hannibal Dental Group, I help manage the front desk for all of our doctors, making sure daily operations run smoothly and that every patient feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.
In addition to my general front desk responsibilities, I directly manage the appointment schedule for Dr. Sean Ericson, ensuring his patients are well cared for and scheduled efficiently. I enjoy staying organized, keeping things on track, and supporting both our patients and our team.
One of my favorite parts of my job is interacting with patients and helping meet their needs. I love seeing them leave the office feeling comfortable, cared for, and smiling.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and daughter and making the most of our family time together.
Michaela Johnston

I’m proud to serve as a Patient Relations Specialist at Hannibal Dental Group, where I strive to be a warm and friendly face for every patient who walks through our doors. With an Associate of Arts degree, I bring both professionalism and a personal touch to my role, making sure each person feels welcomed, respected, and valued.
My approach to patient care is rooted in kindness and understanding. I love building genuine connections and helping create a positive, comfortable experience for everyone who visits our practice. Knowing I’ve helped someone feel at ease truly makes my day.
Outside of work, I enjoy meeting new people, listening to audiobooks, watching my favorite TV shows, baking delicious treats, and spending quality time with my family and pets. I also love crocheting and crafting in my free time—it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and be creative.
I’m passionate about helping others and am committed to making every patient’s visit as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible. I’m always here to help you feel comfortable every step of the way!

With over 40 years of experience in the dental field, I’m proud to serve as a Dental Financial Specialist at Hannibal Dental Group. I began my career chairside as a dental assistant, which gave me a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of patient care. Over the years, I transitioned into the financial side of dentistry, where I now help patients navigate their insurance benefits and understand their treatment plans with confidence.
I’m known for my accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to building strong relationships with our patients. I truly value the trust they place in me and take pride in helping them feel informed, supported, and comfortable with their financial decisions.
I’m also honored to be the go-to specialist for our VA patients, handling their claims with precision and professionalism. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is knowing I’ve helped make someone’s experience easier and more stress-free.
I believe life is shaped by the choices we make, and I strive every day to reflect that through hard work, dedication, and treating others with kindness, respect, and follow-through.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, spending quality time with my daughters and husband Tom and cheering on my grandsons as they grow and succeed in sports.
Andrea Williams
Treatment Plan Coordinator
I’m proud to serve as Treatment Plan Coordinator at Hannibal Dental Group, where I’ve been part of the team for over ten years. In addition to helping patients understand their treatment options and financial responsibilities, I also provide in-house IT support to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m a graduate of Moberly Area Community College with an AAS in Graphic Design, and I bring that creativity and attention to detail into my daily work. I’m passionate about customer service and take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both our patients and my coworkers. Helping patients feel informed, confident, and comfortable with their care is one of my favorite parts of my job.
I started working in customer service at age 15, and I’ve been learning and growing ever since. I challenge myself every day to embrace new opportunities, better understand others, and continue improving both personally and professionally. I love meeting new people and finding ways to make each patient’s experience positive and stress-free.
Outside of work, I am a happily married proud mom of two. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and getting outdoors on side-by-side rides whenever we can.

I’m proud to serve as a Financial Specialist at Hannibal Dental Group, where I use my strong multitasking skills and passion for helping others to support our patients every day. I enjoy answering questions, explaining dental treatments, and making sure everyone feels informed, confident, and comfortable with their care.
One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to know new patients and helping them feel welcome from their very first visit. I believe that “the best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today,” and I strive to live by that mindset both in the office and in my personal life.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my son and daughter and love cheering them on at their sports games and dance performances alongside my husband, Brant. Spending time with my family and supporting my kids’ passions means everything to me.
